查阅邮箱的时候收到律师楼发给我司的时事小品，内容是不亚于灸烩人口 ISA 课题的部落格 vs 诽谤课题。
其中一段有关诽谤的小故事最为有趣。

Defamation

A man sued by a women for defamation. She alleged that he had called her a monkey. The man was found guilty and ordered to pay damages to her.

After the trial, the man asked the judge, "Does this mean that i cannot called Mrs. Lim a monkey?"

The judge said that was true.

"Does this means i cannot call a monkey 'Mrs. Lim'?" The man asked. The judge replied that he could indeed call a monkey 'Mrs. Lim' with no fear of legal action.

The man look directly into Mrs. Lim and said,
"Congratulation for winning the case Mrs. Lim!"

诽谤

一个妇女起诉了一个男人诽谤。 她宣称他称呼她为猴子。
男人被判有罪并且指令得支付她的名誉损害。

在审问后，男人问法官， "这是说我不能称呼林夫人为猴子？"

"是这样的" 法官说。

"那么这是不是说我也不能称呼猴子 为'林夫人’呢 ？" 男人问道。
法官回复男人说他可以称呼猴子为 '林夫人’ 这将不会受到对付。

男人立即转向 林夫人 并道，
"恭喜你赢取案件，林夫人! "
